Formerly known as the Benford/Terex Roller, the MBR71 single drum pedestrian roller is now manufactured by Mecalac. Designed for the compaction of granular and asphalt materials, they are ideal for use in highway repair, footpaths, cycle lanes, playgrounds and landscaping environments. The proven design provides superb balance, making it easy to manoeuvre in tight spaces. The MBR-71 roller is fitted with a “hold to run” a.k.a “dead man’s” handle meaning the hydraulic drive cuts off if the control lever is released for the safety of the user and everyone on site.
